Formed in 2006, from Chicago, IL - Ideamen brings to you the vision of Tim Swanson (keys, vocals), and the talent of Mark Vasquez (bass, vocals), Dave Solar (vocals), Phil Goodrich (drums) and Dan Figurell (guitar, vocals). These gentlemen are all experienced musicians and entertainers.

The goal of Ideamen is to tango with their respective influences and produce awe-inspiring, highly accessible music with thought provoking lyrics delivered in melodic harmonies. All the members contribute to the composition and arrangement of the music.

Queen, Muse, System Of A Down, Faith No More, Queens Of The Stone Age, David Bowie, Ben Folds, Mike Oldfield, and a whole lot more.

Accomplishments:
-April 2007 - Released a self-produced 5 song EP entitled "Progress"!
-Ideamen sold over 30 copies of it's Debut EP "Progress" as pre-orders in the month before it was actually released.
-Ideamen is experiencing terrific success on MySpace, logging over 1300 plays in one day at peak!
-May 27th 2007, Ideamen played it’s first show to an enthusiastic 150 people, many of whom already knew the words, and sang along!
-”Progress” has since been sold all over the US and around the world
(to date: 18 States in the U.S., plus Italy, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Finland, New Zealand and Australia!).
